Yesterday I ordered for my CAIPS Notes/File through "caips.ca" Caips File Check services.(http://www.caips.ca/index.shtml)
Has anyone used their services.
How useful are CAIPS notes/file?
Please advise.

you did good... it may not be helpful because they will most likely answer before you get the caips notes, but you'll get a real idea of what's going on, just in case things are not moving...
