Hi everyone
My brother applied for visitor visa for two times but got rejected . First time he applied in 2013 second time he applied in 2016.
I want to order GCMS NOTES for my brother so that i can under properly what was the reasons officer rejected..
Can i order on behalf of my brother?
Will it help me for the next time i apply?
This is march 2019 and i am ordering notes for 2013 will it be ok?

Yes, you can. He must sign the consent form to authorize you.

It depends on whether or not the visa officer has stated all the concerns in the case notes.
