I am an HR professional with 4+ years of experience. I aspire to pursue masters in a Canadian
Universities..However, I have completed my graduation through correspondence with few back logs with
a score of 59 % .

Please let me know if I 'm eligible for the Canadian Universities.

It's unlikely with that low a score. You'll need to research the programs available to see what scores are required.
