Hi, I am Aruna, I am 39
My CRS score is 338, my IELTS results are listening 7.5, reading 7, writing 7 and speaking 7.5, what are my chances for a visa and what are the options that can be worked out, my husband and son will be accompanying me but he is only higher secondary and age 41

Raise your listening score to 8.0 and see how it changes your CRS score. Unfortunately, 338 is not enough right now.

with the current trend and your age even with an ielts 9 in all its an impossibility this year. too may candidates with high scores are entering the pool everyday.

What is your work experience? How many years?
Do you have any relative in Manitoba?

I have 18 years work experience in Administration, I am working in a hospital.no relative in Manitoba.
I have decided to reappear for the exam.

I have also heard job offer from Canada increases points....but how easy is it to get a proper job there within a month's time.

Finding job in Canada without work authorisation is almost impossible. Also the jobs in NOC level A will give only 50 points and with level 0 probably 100.

If you have any relative in Manitoba, you can apply under MPNP easily. If you have a sibling then you will get more points.
