I am in US on an H1B visa. What are my options if I want to move to Canada to work? besides FSW1 which i am in process.

Are you asking about moving temporarily or permanently?

If you would like to move temporarily, then you will first have to find an employer who is willing to give you a job offer. That employer will then need to obtain an approved LMO:
