Options after MTech in Computer Science

I am writing this on behalf of a friend.
The profile is as follows :
10th - 9 CGPA 2011
12th - 80% 2013
Btech Graduation - 9 CGPA 2013-17
Work ex of 1 year 2017-18
Currently in final year of Mtech computer science, average CGPA - 9(2018-present). Currently working full time as intern in Nokia, degree finishes in July 2020.

I would like to know the options that I can pursue in Canada to study. I know that PG Diploma might not be a good option because I seem too overqualified for it. What kind of credential can I go for from this?

Work and then apply to immigrate if that is there goal. Honestly they are likely to make the same amount in India with lower costs and taxes.
