Optional Documents

Hi seniors,im applying for a student permit online,and under my CIC account i see the documents im supposed to
upload, thus Application Form and Supporting Documents.
I could also see that there is a part that says Optional Documents , thus LETTER OF EXPLANATION.
Do i have to write a letter of explanation or i can just leave it as it is, since it says OPTIONAL.

you can put your additional documents that make your case more stronger in the letter of explanation Tab. You can put there your birth certificate, sop, police clearance etc.

I wrote a letter of explanation as an optional document. The rest of requirement is simple like acceptance letter, bank balance and travel document. Applying a study permit is not a big deal.

Thanks very much,hmmm on the contrary,i could see applying for a study permit had been an issue,since probably a lot
of people apply for it from INDIA.
Well in Mexico here,the story is a little bit different.
