OPTIONAL DOCUMENTS Section removed from DOCUMENT CHECKLIST Page

Hello Guys,

I have observed a change in my account application DOCUMENT CHECKLIST PAGE.

Earlier, along with Supporting Documents section for my (Main Applicant) files to be uploaded , I had another section for OPTIONAL DOCUMENTS for uploading additional documents like LOE, etc.

But, today that section has vanished or has been removed. Has anyone else also faced same issue?

Kindly suggest and guide for any steps which I need to take like informing CIC, etc.

Known glitch. Try the usual stuff. Log out and log back in, clear your cache, use incognito mode or a different browser etc.

Hi, I submitted my Permanent Residency application a couple hours ago. I uploaded a file in the Optional Documents section, but after paying the fee, I don't see the file in the Optional Documents section. Any idea how can this be fixed? I have logged-in after clearing cache, tried incognito, and used another browser but no luck so far.
