you can write an explanation that because she never worked in canada, there were no taxes filed in canada. (#17 of document checklist)
also make sure you provide proof that you intend to live in canada after the sponsorship (#20 in Checklist)

You have any ideas how we can prove it? beyond our will..? we can't buy/rent an apartment until we actually there
you can provide them with a letter that states the future plan. explain that once you receive the PR, both of you plan to move to canada, start a new life there. am sure you have valid reasons why you want a canadian PR and create a link with canada.
