is option c the same with notice of assesment, i still have my last year's can i use it for our application instead of calling taxation for a print out of this year's???

The "Option C" printout has a little more information than the Notice of Assessment.

You will need the "Option C" printout and you can request it from CRA at 1-800-959-8281
