Hi,

My husband is my sponsor and Canadian citizen. Can anyone help me with the Option C information.
Can my husband submit his last years pay stub instead of option C form?

It is permitted yes, but if he has Canadian income the Option C is better. Only takes couple of weeks to get one.

I need one more clarification if my husband submits the application without Option C and gives a letter saying that he'll send the option C form when he receives it and in lieu of that he'll give his last years pay Stubs, DO you think CIC will Return/Reject our application?

We want to submit the application before my Police clearance certificate expires i.e. mid March. We are not sure if we will get the Option C by then.

I would wait until you have it as the option c is used for stage 1, the first step, so you'd rather avoid hurdles here.

Also you might want to check the requirements for the police certificates. I believe they need to be valid for the duration of the app or at least only accepted if sent within the first 3 months they were issued but seek clarity on that too!

Apply for it one month before sending the app. It'll look the same then as it will now but it'll be more connvienient.
