Hi guys. Quick question. My husband and I have read that you can go to your local Canada Revenue Agency office and have them print out a copy of the Option C form. Can anyone confirm or deny that? We're about 3 weeks away from sending in our application, and that's one of the forms we still have outstanding.

Thanks!

Hi,

I am not sure if you can just go and have it printed out. All I did was call Revenue Canada and they mailed it to me. Took only 3 days to get it. You should have no problems getting yours in the time frame you are working with.

I think you need an appointment to be able to speak with them if you go for a walk-in. That's what they told me when I called them so I just ordered by phone and it took about a week before I got my Option C Printout in the mail.

Alright. Thanks, guys! That's very helpful. :)

Could you please post the number you called ;D

I believe this was the number:
1-800-959-8281

The phone number is in the checklist in one of the guides. I don't think you can walk-in, but you must order by phone. It will take a week to get.

It took 4 days to get mine when I ordered on the phone. Better just to do it on the phone and the above phone number is correct!

Thank you! ;D

Thanks guys. :) Is that an automated system? I guess what I'm really asking is, can I call and order his Option C form, or will he need to do that himself?

Thanks!

Each person needs to order their own. They will ask for personal information that only the person who needs the info should have. You can't, or for privacy reasons should not, be able to order personal information for someone else.

Can some one let me know please that if some one is new in Canada ( I came to canada four months ago ), Can I get Tax form. and if I cant get, then what should I do?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
