is the "Option C Printout" is the same as Notice Of Assessment that we received by canada revenue agency or the different thing?

The information on the Option C printout contains alot of the same information as the Notice of Assessment but there are a couple of differences. It is the required official document for these applications.

In the past, I have been required to provide it for a number of other needs by lawyers, financial institutions, etc. rather than just the Notice of Assessment.

You can request it a 1-800-959-8281. I think I got within 2 weeks, if my memory is correct.
