Option C printout

Can I ask you an information?
Concerning the Option C printout that I need in the IMM5481
I am currently living out of Canada because I am with my partner and I will be back to Canada at the end of the month....Am I obliged to give this Option C?
How to get it? Is it possible to have a service online as a justificatif? I read soemthing about epass..can u please gimme more news about it?

Hi Mirko!

Yes, you still need to get it, even if you're outside of Canada right now. I am assuming you're a Canadian resident, visiting overseas just temporarily. Simply call the 1-800 number they give you on the form and they'll send the Option C Printout. In my experience they were very kind about it and fast too!

I am going to call tomorrow, because it is closed today....i m going to ask to send to my best friend's house in Canada, where I still have some bills that arrive under my name..so when I am in canada at the end of the month to send the application I am going to add to my application...
