Option C Printout

Hi everyone. I know this question have been asked before a 100 times, but every post I read makes more confused. But anyways,... I've received my notice of assessment that is a one page sheet indicating my income and tax returns. Is this what I must submit to CIC? Or do they require a longer version? that is I believe Option C.

You call the number that's on the check list and request an option C print out to be sent to you. It looks different then your NOA. It takes about 10 to 14 days to come to you. This is what you send in. Not your NOA

Thank you Sammy. I requested this a month ago, and still I haven't received it. I don't live in Canada at the moment, so do you know by any chance if I could only send NOA?

I know of others who have sent their NOA with a note saying as to why they didnmt send the option C and they got approved for sponsorship no problem.

Being outside of Canada and it also being the end of tax season it might take longer to get to you.

It can take a month or more outside Canada.
