I am not really concerned about the cra at the moment. I just want to make sure I don't have to fill out any extra forms claiming her as a dependant for my immigration app

No. That's implicit. You're married. Dependents to CIC is children (for example), not spouses.

Thank you sir! So I am going to just include my 2015 option c with a letter explaining I don't have my 2016 option c yet but will provide it when I can. Even though I doubt I will need it
