Option C or Notice of Assesment

To apply for PR card and citizenship, is it fine if I sent CRA "income and deductions printout" I.e. Option C?

I somehow can't get Notice of Assesment ordered. I called and their automated system doesn't give Notice of Assesment option. Online as well my 2014 notice of Assesment is missing.

Automated phone system only allows to order "Income and Deductions printout". Can't get hold of real person from CRA on the phone. Any phone number of real CRA person where I can order notice if Assesment will be useful.
