OPTION C FORM ISSUES

Hello guys my wife's option C form is taking for ever to be posted to her and its delaying us from submitting on time.what can we do? please guys i need assistance

you can send your applications now with a letter explain the situation.

If this is the first time that your wife filed her taxes (2016), she could just add an explanation letter that she doesn't have it yet.

Option C is now available to be printed online if you have an account and as of Feb you can now use Notice Of Assessment

If it is you wifes first time filing taxes than explain that in a letter, otherwise you can print out her option C online from her account on the CRA website.

How long have you been waiting? Its one of the only documents were waiting on our end. Ordered ours a week ago.

A month?? Yikes. On the phone last week they said they'd dispatch it to us within a week.

yeah the guy we had didnt seem to understand that we wanted to know when it would be mailed and kept saying he was sending it. weird. eventually he said mailed within a week so were hoping it arrives at the latest, the week after next. cant really wait any longer after that.

I think the same. Weve got more recent tax returns from where were currently residing which im aure will be fine. But if it comes time to submit and we dont have it well need to so my one police cert (which came way too early) doesn5 expire.

I did mention that above but I guess they prefer to use the Option C
