Option C-- Do I have the correct thing?

I have what is supposed to be my Option C, but I don't know if it's correct. It doesn't say Option C anywhere on it.
It is written on a regular piece of paper, front and back. The title of it is "Income Tax Return Information-Regular"

The heading son it says "Line" "Description" "Reported" and "Processed"

It has sub headings of non-refundable tax credits, schedule 1 federal tax credits, Schedule 1- Federal Tax Calculation, GST/HST credit, etc etc....

Does this sound correct or did they send me the wrong thing?

I thought it would come on something different than a regular piece of paper.... Does my description make sense? Please advise.

That's it! Mine didn't say Option C on it either... which makes calling it "An Option C printout" on the Immigration websites very confusing... but.. no surprise there
