Option C - Did Revenue Canada send me the right printout?

I called to request an Option C. It doesn't say Option C anywhere on it, it says:

Income Tax Return Information - Regular RC143 E (04)

It's a 3 page document basically explaining my tax return in detail.

Is this the Option C?

Thanks! I have had bad luck requesting documents from the gov't and was hoping they hadn't sent me the wrong thing! When I requested a document enabling me to get married in Scotland, the information they asked for did not ask where i was getting married, just to who, and of what nationality. So i said I was marrying 'bob' of Nigerian Citizenship and they send back my request saying I did not need that document to get married in Nigeria. Well, duh! I need it to get married in Scotland and they never asked WHERE I was getting married, they assumed by his citizenship. It took 45 days to receive that back, which made it too late to request again and get paperwork sent in to Scotland. So now we are getting married in Nigeria, but it has pushed our wedding back by 5 months, which is unbelievable frustrating because we still have a year and a half or so left before he gets PR!
