Opinions Needed. Apply NOW or wait for EE

I need your opinions guys, totally confused here.
I have a shot of sending my CEC app before December 31st but the downside is the 18 month turnaround time (according to a friends' lawyer).
Or I can wait for EE and an ITA (CRS 444 points).

If you were me, which one would you do and why?

I have seen some of your posts and understand lil bit about your case.

And I will recommend you to apply under CEC before Dec'31st, I know it takes time of maximum 13 months but it is very safe and secure for you but on the other hand EE is very confusing, nothing is straight forward and all things will be clear in the end of January but by then you will lose a chance of CEC if you don't apply now.

So brother better for you to apply now and if by the end of Jan'15, rules of EE is in your favor then you can withdraw your application and can apply under EE.
