Operating an online shop from oversea?

I am considering opening an ETSY shop and link my shop to my Canadian bank right before I leave the country. I will not be in Canada operating the shop, most likely from different countries during my traveling, but I want the payments go into my Canadian bank account.
I am not a PR or Canadian citizen.

My questions are:

1. Am I allowed to do that?
2. Will it be considered a business operating in Canada if I receive payment from online that go into Canadian bank account while I operate my shop from overseas?
* If I can do it, do I just pay tax to my home country or?

I can't fully answer your question. However one thing I would suggest is that you not sell to anyone who is in Canada (i.e. set up Etsy to exclude Canada as a country you ship to).
