My wife in canada ( surrey) city and she is studying in pacific link private collage ,, so now she spent 3 month in collage ,,, matter is that now I am applying open work permit to canada
Is there any problem becoz it is a private collage

You can apply. However generally there is a higher rate of refusal since this is a private college. Hopefully you are aware that your wife will not qualify for a post graduate work permit once she completes her studies.
