I applied for open work permit on Aug 11, 2017. I got my passport back on Oct 27, 2017 with a note stating 'important information regarding your application has been sent to you by email to the email address provided on application or through mycic. No refusal letter or visa along.
So far no mail. I called them they asked me to wait. I sent them a mail but no reply yet. I am confused as how I shall proceed further with my case.
