Open Work Permit Visa Rejected second time.. Please Help!!

Good Morning Everyone,

My wife is in Toronto pursuing her Diploma since August 2019. I applied for the open work permit a month ago and got refused just now. This is the second time I am rejected. For the first time no reason was provided and this time the reasons stated is:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

I am not sure how to tackle the lack of employment prospects in my country Nepal to reapply. If any of you have gotten similar rejection reasons and know how to deal with it then can you please guide me here

What could I do to possibly convince them I will return home after my wife finishes the study? Also I am not sure why the assests were included in rejection because I included our family business and bank balance(more than what usually other applicants have). Any suggestions on that part as well?
