Hey guys, my common law partner is gonna be a full time student in Montreal and he got his study permit on June 25th (we both applied together on June 13th) I thought I’d get mine around the same time but I don’t have anything yet. The only thing is that they started reviewing my eligibility last week and that gave me a little bit of hope.
How long does an open work permit usually takes to process? Is it normal that they’ve been checking my eligibility for so long, while they took 2 days to check my partner’s eligibility? Hope you guys can help me... thanks!
