I have applied case notes as well, reasons on case notes:Married on 29th april 2017,as per marriage certificate, who is on PGWP,no prev travel history or visas, has sister in USA,currently unemployed, seeking OWP.satisfied with spouse.but not satisfied with bf's.
Second OWP application-August 7,2017
Rejected on-nov 9,2017
REASONS:travel history, purpose of visit,I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of admission as a temporary resident in Canada.

Can you please help me.

You need to be able to demonstrate much stronger ties to your home country (e.g. several months of full time employment, property ownership, assets). I would not recommend you apply again until your situation changes and you are able to demonstrate stronger ties.

Since you are applying for the work permit & temporary resident visa, you need to have strong demonstration that you will go back to your home country after your work permit expires. You can't show any hints that you would stay in Canada when your work permit is expired. Same as study permit, the applicant has to demonstrate he/she will return to his/her home country after finished the study.

The strong demonstration could include, a letter of explanation, a proof of property you own in your home country, strong family ties in the home country, any other ties that could help demonstrate your purpose of travel.

Thank you scylla.I have worked as full time employment for 3 years and resigned recently to stay with my husband.do you suggest I would take up another job again?
does property/assets under my father name would help?

Yes - I would recommend you take up another job and work in that job for three months before reapplying.

No - property / assets under your father's name won't help.
