Open work permit Question

I was assessing a family members eligibility through Find Out if You're Eligible to Apply and the final answer was you are eligible for open work permit. so after that I'm stuck at What type of work permit do you want to apply for?. He has been working for more than 3 years in Sri Lanka as a compliance executive.

If someone can please guide me in the right direction to what i should do, that would help me out a lot.

i think you are in canada on work permit and and you are working in a skilled category (OAB) and your husband is in srilanka right? you can apply for spousal open work permit from your home country. if you are a permanent resident of canada you can apply for spouse dependant visa.
