I am planning to apply for a OPW, I got married to my girl friend in canada and I thought that I can apply for the work permit when I get my marriage certificate, but unfortunately there some issue going on with my marriage certificate and I will not get it before my restoration period ends.
So am planning to apply with the certificate that the marriage commissioner gave me and later attach the original marriage certificate when i get it. So my question is if I apply online for my work permit and later is it possible to attach my marriage certificate to my same application.
