Open Work Permit - how to get authorizatio to study

Hello!

My spouse works here, and, because of that, I have managed to get an open work permit. There are conditions on this permit, one of which states that I cannot study, follow education, without authorization.
Does anyone know:
- A: if I can get such authorization;
- B: how I would go about getting such authorization?

You must obtain a study permit if you wish to study in Canada:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/study.asp

Once you have a study permit, your open work permit will be automatically canceled (you can't hold both a study permit and open work permit at the same time).
