May I ask if an outland spousal sponsorship applicant is able to apply for an open work permit please?
I came across different responses to the question in the forum and thought maybe it is such because the policy has changed over time.
In our case, my partner (Canadian) and I got married 2 months ago in Canada and are preparing the documents for the PR application. Currently I am working in Hong Kong while my husband lives and works in Canada. An up-to-date answer would help us tremendously as we would like to know whether we should be applying for an inland or outland application.
