open work permit error

Hi,

I have been issued a spousal open work permit that is a exact copy of my wife one but they made a mistake and instead of it being canada wide like hers its only been issued for ontario only. Can anyone tell me how to get it fixed as I cant find any information on this type of error. I try calling cic but never can get through on the phone number. I dont want to have go to the border and do a border crossing or flagpole unless i have to as its already been issued.

When did you apply. Was it online application.? If not then which vfs did u apply from

I did it at a land border crossing
