Open work Permit application for spouse of skilled worker

Hi!
My husband just got his Certificate of nomination as a skilled worker in Nova Scotia. We are doing his application for him and we want to know how it works for my application. As per what I´ve read, I can apply for an open Work Permit, but´we are not sure how.

Can someone help me?
