I applied for bridging open work permit as I have an ongoin PR application. I got a letter the next day stating i can work until march 27th 2023. I have a current valid work permit that expires August 2023. They mentioned in the letter that if i leave canada i will no longer be authorized to wrok. Does that mean my original work permit is not valid anymore? I am planning a quick travel soon and not sure if i should cancel or not and IRCC are not answering. I would appreciate any help.
