I need to Apply for my open work permit and pr application and send it right away. can somebody please help me to answer my application forms and what forms do i still need to fill out. there are so many different informations that i am seeing.

Oh! I am applying at CIC.ca here in CANADA. and i am a live-in caregiver and my contract is ending soon. so I need to apply for my open work permit and PR. and I am applying for an open work permit so i'll have a status here in Canada while waiting for the PR.

no i don't, just my work permit which will be expiring on October at the end of my contract with my employer now.

in form 5710 for open work permit, what will I choose in question #3. i am applying for a TEMPORARY RESIDENT PERMIT and what?
will i choose work permit with same employer or an initial permit or work permit with new employer?
