Open Work Permit and Employer Specific Work Permit at the same time

Hi,

I have recently submitted my application for the IEC 2 year visa. However, before I was invited to apply, I was in the process of getting an employer-specific work permit through Americamp Canada to work in Canada during Summer 2022.

Is it possible to hold an employer specific work permit and an open work permit with IEC at the same time, without activating my port of entry letter? My plan was to go to camp this summer on my Employer Specific work permit, then leave, then return to Canada to activate my IEC port of entry and open work permit. Is this possible?
