Open work permit after PGWP

I hold 1 year post graduate work permit which expires on 18th November. I complete 1 year of work experience on 5th Feb, 2021. Is there a way for me to get a work permit until then ?

Not unless you submit an application for PR beforehand or find an employer willing to sponsor you with an LMIA. (Both of these will be difficult to impossible in your circumstances unless you have special skills or a provincial nomination.)

You can't extend a PGWP.
