Open work permit after AOR

Hello all please I need some help. I am applying for an open work permit after receiving AOR from spousal sponsorship. I am confused as to what to pick here 1* Apply for a work permit with the same employer 2* Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer 3* Restore your status as a worker 4* get a new temporary resident permit

My current work permit expires next year in May

I appreciate any help I can get.
