My mother has an open visa/open work permit granted to her in Canada and she is just waiting for her application for PR, together she applied with my father (my father and lil sister still here in pinas) she wanted to go back here in pinas even for just a week or two to visit my father and younger sister to settle something. She is hesitant because ayaw nya magka problem baka daw mahirapan sya bumalik ng Canada , is this possible po ba na umuwi sya dito sa pinas kahit processing yun application nila for PR? Di ba magkaron ng issue na mahirapan sya bumalik sa Canada? Ano ba need nya if ever na uuwi sya and babalik din? Thanks po sa makaksagot at maka pag advise ,
