OOPNP - tricky situation - Please suggest

Hi Guys,
I am in a tricky situation and not able to decide when i should accept the PNP nomination ..Need your inputs

* My work permit had expire in Aug and i have applied for renewal on June 10, current processing time for renewal is 114 days as per CIC website. so i guess another 15 -20 days
* I can not apply for PCC @ BLS at present as they want WP to be valid for next 6 month. After applying it may take 2 to 4 weeks for getting PCC.
* I have sent my finger prints to FBI, delivered on 13th July, currently they are opening the file of 6th July, so it may take another 15-20 days...
*I have received the ON PNP nomination on 13th Sept.

As you know we have 30 days to accept the nomination and after ITA we have to submit all the documents withing 60 days. Considering all the above fact I am not able to decide when should i accept the nomination so that while submitting the application after ITA i should have both the PCC as well as FBI result. I don't want to be in a situation to loose the opportunity because of non availability of the documents.
One more thing is that we don't know how many ITA CIC will send considering that we are already in September

Please suggest when should i accept the PNP Nomination ...!!!

I personally contacted Indian consulate and they told me that even if you are in implied status you can apply for PCC. the clause of 6 month valid WP no longer valid!!!.

Can we apply for India PCC in implied status ??? and where i should apply Brampton or Toronto ??

This is reply i got it from Indian consulate mail cc to BLS

please accept their application and send to us after due processing. Also please note and instruct all the staff at your end that they do not stop PCC application for valid/invalid work permit etc. You may check with me in case any clarification needed in such cases. Please remove the clause of ‘work permit should be valid for 6 months’ from your website as we are accepting applications with valid work permit with no time restriction and applicants who are on ‘implied status’ with CIC.

Apply through BLS...walk-in more faster than postal application.

Write to PCC section and they are very quick in replying. Once you get the reply attach with your application form and submit in BLS.

Please understand the concept: PNP nomination is not related to ITA.
FIRST accept PNP nomination. You might get ITA, i know.
However, you can decline it any number of times. It will not affect your EE-profile.
Once your FBI report/PCC is work is finished, start accepting ITA.

Hi I got reply from Indian consulate office that i can apply for PCC ...today i went to BLS office and submitted the application .... Hoping for the quick turn around ....thanks everyone !!!
