OOPNP - Personal History - Dont remember employment dates

Hi all,

I worked at a gas station for a cashier job. I don't remember when I started and quit that job. Since this job was in NOC D category it doesn't get me any CRS points. But without showing that job there will be gap in my personal history. I remember this that I started that job in the beginning of may 2012 and worked until the end of 2013 (November or December).

I have the t4s for this job but the exacts dats
any suggestions on what to do? Please help. Thanks

Personal history section fields are in the MM-YYYY format so it's ok if you don't have the exact dates. Be specific about the month.

Provide the details of your personal and work history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent. Start with the most
recent information. Under “Occupation”, write your occupation or job title if you were working. If you were not working, provide information on
what you were doing (for example: unemployed, studying, travelling, retired, etc.). Attach supporting documentation for each employment entry
(reference letters, workbooks, etc.). Please ensure that you do not leave any gaps in time. Use a separate sheet if necessary.
Note: only relevant paid work experience will be assessed.

Any thoughts on this.... This is the only thing holding me back from submitting my application. I am hoping to submit my application today. Please help.

What to do in this situation where I don't have exact dates of the employment. This information is required in section D. Occupation and Education (Principal Applicant Only) of the OOPNP application form.
