hi all,

please advise that do even my spouse needs a CLB7 to be qualify for OOPNP.

i have CLB9 my wife have CLB6

please advise.

For OOPNP is nothing related to ur wife CLB score, education etc. It is your application, you are primary applicant so OOPNP is pure draw system, if you get you are lucky else ITA is the Hope

What do they mean by it's a lottery? Are they selectively picking up the candidates rather than FCFS basis??
