OOPNP APPLICATION QUESTION...

For the first section where they ask you about ever having applied for permanent residence before.. Do I answer yes if the application was made by my parents back when I was a minor ... And the application has since bin processed and closed.. And I have no information on what the file number was ? My parents have applied for PR before back in 1998 or so..

I'm of the opinion that you can safely answer No here given that you did not technically apply but were just a part of an application. Also, I'm presuming nothing came out of it for you personally. Plus it was just a really long time ago.

Of course, others will have their opinions.

Yeah.. You are right.. I just contacted OOPNP offices as well and they advised me to do the same..
