Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hello All,
I got a letter of Interest from Ontario about 3 weeks ago, i already sent them my document and it should get to ontario on Monday 21st of Dec 2015, Now this is where i have an issue..

My Poof of funds shows the required amount, however the money only hit the account 4 days before i printed it out. I am worried they might reject my documents because of this.

Kindly advice me on how to go about rectifying this.
Thanks.

Never applied for PNP, but as I understand it everything needs to be correct on the date of application (otherwise it could be construed as misrepresentation). This is done in order to ensure that there is one rule that everyone must follow. Otherwise the whole system is ambiguous.

In your suggestion, write a Letter of Explanation informing them of the potential misstatement of the grounds of a 'Timing' issue. In such cases pro-active behaviour may be rewarded by the processing officers.

Supporting documents such as Proof of Funds must be 6 months as written on the guidelines.

Bank account in Canada If you have a personal bank account in Canada, provide copies of bank statements for the six months prior to the submission of the application to OINP. The bank statements must:  Demonstrate a personal account standing/final balance that meets or exceeds the LICO; AND  Include your name.
Bank account outside of Canada If you do not have a personal bank account in Canada, you must provide six months of original up-to-date bank statements from a recognized financial institution. The bank statements must:  Demonstrate a personal account standing / final balance that meets or exceeds the LICO; AND  Include the following details: o Your name; o Account number; o Transit and institution number; o Account balance; and o Currency.

Are you CEC or FSW ? If you have a job in ON then no need to worry.

Income in Ontario
If you demonstrate ongoing employment income to satisfy the settlement funds requirement, submit supporting documents as evidence of ongoing employment in Ontario or a valid job offer in Ontario

You don't actually need to worry. I had a similar situation with my bank account when I applied to OINP, where the POF was showing the required amount, but it had only hit my account a few days before the statement had been generated.
As long as your account has shown reasonable activity in the last six months, this should not be an issue at all, from my own personal experience. If they have questions about it, they will probably reach out to you and ask you to trace the transaction that suddenly led to such a large amount being credited to your account (though they did not with me).
If you are really worried, I recommend maybe sending them a cover letter explaining where the funds came from, and how they are yours to use? You can send them as many supporting documents as you like before you get your AoR, which takes 2-3 months.
