I live in Calgary and I have 433 points in express entry .
It's fine to apply for Ontario pnp ?
I need to delete my profile and creati it again . How do I fix the job bank account ?

Even though I don't have any relatives in Ontario ,Toronto . There is chance to get approved ?

Yes, if you have got a PT NOI from Ontario and you are interested in moving to Ontario.

Withdraw your existing Express Entry profile and create a new one. You will get an Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code. Login to your Job Bank account and validate it with the new Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code. Your account will get activated and will stop showing job bank registration pending in your Express Entry profile after 24 hours.
