hi
i heard that if u doing master from ontario province ...u can apply for pr (pnp) in the last semester of ur master programme ...........
u don't need any experience or job offer letter...

is it true?

You need to wait until you have finished your Masters. You can't apply during the last semester.

Google Ontario PNP and you will find a website called Opportunities Ontario (or similar). Make sure you end up on the government run site. All the info you want is on there.
