Ontario PNP - Interest Letter

I just got an Ontario PNP Interest Letter.
It says to contact Ontario directly after receiving this letter.
I'm now sure what are the steps to follow now. I understand I need to submit additional documentation, but where can I do this?
How long do I have to apply?
