I recently graduated from McGill and get an offer for a job in TO, and I wonder whether I should go for PNP for International Graduates (paper-based) or wait a year until I can apply for CEC through Express Entry. Apparently PNP takes 1-2 mo for ON processing and 16 mo for federal processing.
