If I reside in Ontario, can I help sponsoring my brother to immigrate as part of a family sponsorship?

Only if you are single, have no kids, or any other relatives who are Canadian citizens, there is a federal sponsorship program.

Ontario PNP does not have a family sponsorship stream.
