Ontario PNP does not process applications during the month of January?

It is said that Ontario PNP does not process applications during the month of January. Dose that mean they don't even accept the application mails in January? Because I have completed all my application documents and want to send them to their office in January. Will they accept my mail? Thank you.

Yes, they will accept your application. I had sent mine in January/2014.
